"I don't understand how TNR/CFR has benefited SH's over the last few years? From what has occurred SH wealth has been destroyed!"
I am not sure how long you have been a shareholder of TNR. I am hoping to become a shareholder should the Cascade Resources transaction be approved.
I had a look at a 10yr chart for TNR, it cast some perspective over your comments. IMO TNR shareholders have every right to be unhappy with their investment. It appears to me that current management have been brought in to tidy up what is essentially a 'shell' and find a new direction/project in order to turn the company around. Enter Cascade.
I also agree with your comments regarding share consolidations. In order to work they need to be followed up with a reversal of fortunes and regular positive news flow. Positive activity that adds real value to the company. IMO they can work. I can also see that TNR shareholders have been crunched before and yes this latest one is a big crunch.
Should the transaction occur, this company will be an entirely new beast
