The deal for 25% of the Derby block is still on. If you see the OXX annt March 2014, the setllement terms were extended by up to 18 months as, in addition to grant of native title, OBL also had to resolve the ownership issues plaguing the lease. The claim against Backreef PL v their first right of refusal to OBL will need to be resolved (probably thru the courts) before OXX have to settle.
