wontono - these tankings/retracements are very normal market dynamics, especially for small speccies which get exhausted quickly and need regular time out to freshen up.
These retracements are a good sign allowing the SP to consolidate, the technicals to reset for another strong move upwards and provide a buying opportunity. The higher SP's over recent weeks establishes the uptrend and the retracement draws the bow back, ready to launch again. Without them the SP becomes too overbought over-extended and exhausts the upward momentum.
