I see a big difference b/w this stock and some of the other reverse takeover tech stocks entering the market is that this one is still uncertain whether or not it needs to recomply, does anyone know why that's the case for RCM and what will be the determining factor? I think it's playing a big factor in the state of confusion around the price by the market as there isn't even a minimum conversion ratio people can try and hang their hat on
