3500 strange to see you holding EDE and TAS I think.
Do some research on directors, what they get paid, what legal fees both companies pay and who owns this company, what 'consulting fees' both companies pay and who owns those company/ies - I can think of plenty of other places to put hard earned before praying that UKOG for EDE comes off.
