Well that was surprising. The environmental tick was given to the project and there was no reaction on the market.
My understanding has been that the forestry permit has already been approved but could not be issued until after the environmental approval came through first.
If so the rest of the process is a formality, which the Announcement says should be finalised within 3 weeks.
Why then was there no reaction? Is it because of a degree of sceptisim about the process or is there more to it than that?
