re: Ann: Payment Renegotiation for Singapore ... Can someone please explain to me the following;
1) Luye, a third party and as such, totally independent, has a debt by NuSep and is being paid 5%.
2) Mr Goh (an ex-Director of PrIME) has owed us over $1m for years and has paid no interest and has provided no security.
3) Directors have made loans to NuSep and charged 20% and received security over valuable (?) assets of the company.
Like most things with NuSep, it just doesn't add up.
