I got out of this stock after holding for around 5 years and lost a bunch....seems nothing has changed...still a gravy train.
These people need to realise than runs on the board are required before they are entitled to salary arrangements like this What maybe a better stratagy is reduce their salary and provide large bonus's when key milestones have been achieved.
I wont be back in for a while looking at this announcement.
