Never mind the threads - just do a 12 month retrospective of announcements to the ASX, and among them is the Appendix 3B, post consolidation as the company was restructured last year.

500 million shares issued at 0.005, September 2013.

Once the dust settles on recent issues and cap-raising, VHL will have effectively 1.25 Billion shares on issue.

Ca$h backing something like $0.0035 per share.

Trials on their newly acquired drug pipeline planned for 2015/2016.

I watch with interest, having dabbled - unsuccessfully - in VHL a few years ago, but IMHO there's nothing to send the SP upwards anytime soon.
