As of late last year, the Directors held around 9.5 million shares.

Now is suspension, a couple of scenarios could be getting played out.

1. A genuine bid, where the Board are negotiating a price that they would be pleased to recommend to shareholders.

2. A joint venture and both parties are negotiating a suitable mix.

Pure speculation on my part, though.

I checked some of the more obvious overseas companies that might be interested in bidding and none of them were in a halt last night.
