Hi all,
my view is this is deal for DLS. We were told that Pel 570 was worth 27 cents and there was another 6 cents in cash (I rounded up). So 33 cents would have been a bit better. With the fall of the DLS price today looks like they are going to have to do something or AQO will be back in the teens again.
