This could get interesting, IF it is a bid. There is also a chance of a JV.

A bid of 1.85 would be around 30% higher than the last closing price and much higher than any 5,10 or 30 day VWAP.

My gut feeling is that if a bid does come in around that 1.85 figure, you'd probably see another bidder enter.

$2.20 is 54% above the last closing price. Would anyone be game to start at that level? Hmmm, tricky one.

Ideally for holders, let's have two groups come after it....lol.
