Unfortunately I have to council caution from your comment that; "...buying at these levels looks like a low risk punt".
Each to his own and far be it from me to offer 'advice', but there is a strong chance of a capital reconstruction on the cards, that being the case, there could be considerable downside yet, at least until they put something solid on the table.
Unfortunately with their history, even if they showered me with photo's of wheelbarrows full of money, until I see that reflected in a bank account, I just don't believe it!
