One of the key conditions to the Heron merger, or any development of Woodlawn, has now been resolved.

Bring on the Heron scheme documents, and let's get on with developing Woodlawn. Both HRR and TRO are significantly undervalued in their own right - together I expect a serious re-rating.

TRO is currently a very cheap way into HRR too.
