It is unfortunate that we have to put up with so much misinformation on this site with QGC shareholders trying to get us to accept the offer. The facts are as follows:
1. The SGL asset is better than QGC's
2. SGL will have no problems underwriting the Conv Notes.
3. Management & access issues are now resolved
4. SGL have substantial revenues from gas sales, QGC doesnt
5. The Board of SGL will recommend that the shareholders reject the offer
6.The SGL shareholders will reject the offer
So QGC shareholders stop wasting our time
