No news is in my opinion the reason the price went down.
I am waiting eagerly any news about strategy. If I am not mistaken there was an announcement stating they would do some acquisition - nothing said since.
Is there still reorganisation in the brands?
Do they plan to expend organically?
Is there plans to improve their web presence?
I could continue the list. No news isn't always the same as good news.
