Yes, a good analogy Harry. A share price IMO wouldn't be the answer for the following.
Let's say they did a 10 for 1 swap. round figures. 2 billion shares would be mowed down to 200 million and your shares would go from 3.4 cents to 34 cents. Obviously you would only hold 1/10th of your original holding after the consolidation.
EG, if you had 1million prior to the consolidation after you'd only hold 100k but theoretically be worth the same , but for how long. The key is the 34 cents. Given such a low sentiment of this stock and the fact that someone wants out at any cost for whatever reason!! then you could envisage that it has a lot further to be walked down from 34 cents and also opens up a lot more opportunity for more dilution which if you are a holder pre and then post consolidation then you will virtually be wiped out if there was more dilution. This is a common occurrence. We were diluted by far too much too cheaply a while ago and we keep getting diluted by freebies, Nah , put it up for sale and see who comes out of the woodwork. The likes of Kufpec would be very interested IMO.
