Look closer, they have included their loan (net debt) as cash.

They don't have negative cash, they have debt which they have accounted for differently.

Lots of coys have debt :)

Making money currently (around ~500 positive last quarter).

Can be debt free by end of 2014 if they kept a constant rate.

With new agreements, if they can follow through on their 'market update' expectations they will be debt free before then.
