caredes, definitely NOT a stupid question. I don't have a factual answer. But at least two logical reasons why you might be able to vote again:
(1) If ENV's directors* decide the CKI bid is worth putting to shareholders, that would be a new vote (*based on the review by independent non-APA non-CKI directors). I suspect your original APA vote would remain intact ONLY if the ENV board dismisses CKI's bid and CKI withdraws its offer.
(2) APA will possibly/likely adjust its offer, which would require a new vote. Alternatively, it might withdraw its offer, in which case your existing vote is irrelevant.
