3 months ago SGL share price > QGC share price.
So what has happened since then?
QGC has risen dramatically, why?
SGL fell dramatically, why?

2 SGL for 1 QGC - dreaming!

Don't confuse corporate issues with operational issues when comparing QGC and SGL.

New management at SGL have only "spoken" once since appointment in early December, they told AGL they didn't need their offer of $30m for funding the conv notes.

My guess is they have a much better a deal in the pipeline that we will hear about in due course.
