There is enough cash (about $1m now) to pay their admin expenses etc (about $400k per qtr) until around the the end of this year. From their most recent quarterly cash flow statement as at 31/3/14.
That is a fact - it is not conjecture!
But they were/are going to pull off a $64Bn dollar deal.
