mixed and pumped into the well.
this should break up the sand(clay)
and bingo....
hope its that easy...

IF NOT
there is also wormholes that can be drilled through the problem area to get to the oil.

on the bright side there's 100% oil
in that hole and
what seems to be more of a time delay then money
imo its a set back but nothing major.
