I could agree and disagree. ie "A bit of bad media wouldn't stop a $6.5 billion deal."- It has everything do with it when it needs government approval, especially when the media has a frenzy. Second part - agree. Thats how some would normally do it.
But it still begs the question. Was there a deal on the table? Until I see something from ASIC. I'm assuming yes.
