Thanks Auto for the summary. I had thought the deal was ok initially, but I also now agree that Roc got the raw end of the deal. I suspect that Roc/Hzn knew that - hence no vote allowed from Roc shareholders even though we are the ones being taken over!
Only three options: - sell Roc now - wait and see. There should be a little bounce if the 'merger' goes through based on the current Hzn share price. - fight the deal. Not sure what Allan Gray is up to atm, but I will be emailing the Roc chairman as we have been invited to do.
