Crap Slampoil, it may be a good deal for HZN but it's a total rip-off for ROC shareholders which I note you are not.
If Marais wants to call a meeting and attempt to get ROC shareholder support to replace the Board he most certainly can.
Why should ROC holders give 58% of our cash and our franking credits to HZN holders to bankroll their debt.

"Stump up or shut up".

Before you deign to offer advice to ROC holders, especially the No 1 holder, I suggest you "stump up or shut up".
If you think it is such a great deal put your money where your mouth is.
