Yes it's interesting because if someone wanted HZN shares much cheaper to buy ROC. I note big volume in both stocks so it's hard to argue HZN is in play . Even existing shareholders who own HZN are better of selling HZN and buying ROC although I note Hzn traded at 37 for most of the day and ROC at 48.5-49 so arbitrage only about 5% although at closing prices closer the 8%
