Ann: Rights Issue Prospectus , page-4

I will let you know once I have recieved the entitlement and the prospectus - and had a good read. It is my understanding that half the register is now with the Simba shareholder base of approx 50 shareholders - if they all follow their rights - then AVK could expect to get at least half of the capital in - that they are looking for! If any AVK shareholders take up their rights - then this would be a bonus! In the end it's up to the shareholders to decide! Again - I would have to say that it looks like a pretty fair effort from the Management of the company to try and get something happening!
