    davmarc, I accept all your points & don't disagree with any of them, but what I was really getting at was if someone had 2,3 or 4mill shares to sell & was happy with 40c, why would'nt they get in touch with whoever represents LB and negotiate,say,payment in 7days & they can have 'em @40.
