Institutions do not like investing in shares that have a low share price. Consolidation may influence big players coming on board if gas flows are reasonable and improving. Just another view for your consideration. Shares do not always go down after consolidation.
AS Marion is in resurrection mode you may find that it may surprise the market and immediately trend upwards on opening.
I can only speculate that the reasons for the delay in announcing AGM date , relisting etc revolves around three aspects namely has MAE got sufficient funds, has the ASX completed its review and thirdly it has allowed gas volumes to improve in the interim.
All directors are their for their chop my friend. It also allows insider info for self and friends. That's part of the capitalistic system. It will never change. I am not aware of any directors not receiving fees for Board participation. Do you know of any on the ASX?
By keeping companies alive directors receive many financial benefits. If the company is viable shareholders enjoy the ride. Fact of life. I am surprised that you are not aware.
