Two days out from 'd' day, LB, and I hope you are correct. I am simply very suspicious of anything involving CP so am very wary.

Remember that it would seem it's not just the road - CP does not seem to be playing ball re access to the land for ioh's port access. I fear that an approval re the road may create a further 'roadblock' and/or dispute re land (for port) access. CP doesn't seem to mind paying lawyers.....Time will tell.

Remember of course that the fs will not be released until ALL the boxes are ticked, and unfortunately these include dealings with CP.

So I certainly hope your right LB. Time will tell.
