msinosich..There is a lot of us in the hold camp my friend ,but way to early for admin talk. Govt cant afford to play this wrong, they have their own probs and can ill afford more that will damage future investment etc Yes NTM need cash, IMO they will get it and move on with other projects so will be better off than current. CR worries me only because NTM would know the comp offered..so either its not enough and they need more?? or it is enough and they will try and capitalize
