My guess is that GER will take at least 50% ownership of CO2Fuels and will pay with cash and shares. They'll need to get the cash from a placement - hopefully at a price greater than 8 cents - and may offer a SPP to current shareholders on the same conditions as the placement.
... or... Aldi has given GER the contract to light up all of their buildings worldwide. Now THAT would be company - making
