The turnaround of Azure Healthcare (ASX:AZV) has been nothing less than stellar, with the market capitalisation increasing over 1o fold over two years.
It has been a privilege to be so intimately involved in the transition of Azure Healthcare. However, I believe that the time has come to move on from Azure Healthcare to pursue new opportunities.
My Private Equity firms partially underwrote the rights issue at the end of 2011 and went on to become the second largest shareholder of Azure Healthcare.
With my recent divestment of my equity interest in Azure Healthcare, I have been approached to take on a senior management role within the healthcare technology space to enact my vision of providing clinical workflow solutions.
