I'm no tech guru, but the facts so far are that MYA has loaned iwebgate $1million to keep it running.
If iwebgate had decent revenue it wouldn't need the loan. So currently a market cap of $30-40 million would seem to be based on blue sky alone. Has anyone disclosed what iwebgate's current revenue is?
More should be revealed about iwebgate when and if the prospectus comes out. We can look at its merits then.
