bit early to be calling for administration I think. Compensation negotiations are ongoing but difficult to assess when they might be finalised. According to NTM there are three other companies affected by the NT Govt decision, I don't suppose that makes it any easier. At a minimum you'd think NTM would be reimbursed for expenses associated with moratorium and subsequent legals. As for losses associated with 'opportunity costs' that's the hard part and will no doubt occupy the minds of all parties.
