'Mig holders to get 60% of LAT and LAT holders to only get 30% of Mig'??? - They will become one and the same company so LAT holders will hold a tad over 30% of the new company. What did LAT have before to make it worth much at all in the markets eyes anyway?
This RTO has been an absolute godsent to a struggling LAT. It could have been further weighted towards Mig considering the potential.
