I am very much just wrapping my head around this one and in my early stages of my own independent DD on this asset/acquisition. I will be meeting with the Kin board today and will be questioning several aspects of this transaction. As Dan has pointed out Nav was able to do some trial mining on their Leonora assets to produce $2m worth of gold. I believe Trevor Dixon is very familiar with several of these deposits and has worked on them himself previously. So I would like to hear what the plan forward with this asset is, and how the acquisition will be funded as I am sure all shareholders would.

G'day Bitzer, I agree that if they get the deal done then they will have paid a very nice price per resource ounce. What I do want to know more about is the plan and the sums related to its extraction.

What I will say is that the right team in a small company can make certain assets work that bigger companies cannot. The whole cost structure can be different. There is no mill with these assets. I will have to check but, I imagine Nav would have been doing their sums on trucking ore to their bronze wing mill, which would have incurred a significant transportation cost. There may now be some spare capacity with mills closer by. These are things I will be looking into.
