And that is the point GB, whether the bid is a dud or not it provides an indication of the sort of action that could occur.
It is a long time since we have had any action and prolonged despondence can mask potential actions.
IMO there will be many more bids like this on anything positive being announced.
I hope it rewards well, those that have hung in there.
