It all depends who you want to believe and how much risk you want to take in the process. I think the situation here is far from over.
An investment in O&G is risky enough but having Russia breathing down your neck with the risk of an invasion is something that most people dont want as part of their investment!
whe the smoke clears then it might be on the cards.
