sticktoproperty - if they would have purposely pushed out a run of great announcements and then initiated the CR, I would have still been wary.
Bottom line for me is that CNN need to demonstrate serious goodwill first and this is not as difficult as it sounds.
If things are truly great and sales are indeed flowing, CNN need to first produce a quarterly (or ideally a half-yearly) demonstrating that they are in profit. We need to see a trend before throwing more money into the well...
...if holders witness a balance sheet that finally demonstrates the profit potential, then the money will follow - now we could also argue that if there is profit, then no CR is needed.
Okay, if the shortfall is going to be fully placed, then there is no problem.
So, will CNN FINALLY show us that it can stand on it's own two feet?
I hope so...I am not selling, but I am also not buying (not at the moment ;-)
