    I hear what you are saying re a takeover, however this would not be a takeover it would be more of a merger. The resultant merger and synergies should drive the SP up.

    There is no need for RG to pay a premium to get the merger to happen as he owns close to 48% of PPG anyway.

    I would suggest that AF could potentially end up running the whole shooting match.
