I agree Andy. 464k is going to get burnt fast which is why I can't understand the highly oversubscribed comment. Find it hard to believe they wouldn't take the money unless they are expecting revenue. However hundreds of thousands in revenue by next qtr? Even harder to believe. Also they have to buy back insignificant parcels. Need some more coin for that. Have to pay salaries for new appointments during the last qtr.

I can see another pump and dump coming up after this raise. I imagine if they have anything good to report it will be after the raise. This will allow them to convert more notes during the pump for some more cash for next qtr. And then the dump, and 3b, and 3b... We all know what happened last time.

Could be a good buy opportunity for at 0.001 coming up for any traders with big balls. Otherwise possibly an exit for those who got stuck last time. Good luck
