Ozzy, as Odyssey.. said, cleaning up the unmarketable parcels is a good thing, my understanding is that if an entity owns $500.00 or less it will be an UMP and must "opt out" of a "buy back" by returning an "opt out" form to the comp.
(this may not apply to ESN as there has been no release on their proposal)
There are probably a lot of longer term holders whose holdings would cost more to sell than they are worth, from the old MMZ days
These holders may have lost interest in ESN so the "buy back" could be a good thing for them
