    So what's the reason for the lack of interest in Obl shares? I'm at a loss to what we are waiting for as things have never been this positive before. Is another appeal possible that's scaring people away? We have the funds, but is the share dilution making Obl less attractive? I'm keen for everyone's thoughts on this as I'm left scratching my head...
