    well well well FINALLY!!!! out will come the Passion pop tonight..

    1. Funding agreement (TICK)
    2. Final grant from DMP (TICK)
    3. Money from OXX (very near tick)
    4. Derby Block ownership sorted (very near tick)

    I too look forward to seeing what the plans are for Derby as newregime mentioned, I think we all do.

    All we need now is some publicity, marketing and some BUYERS...market does not seam impressed so far, I cannot believe it.
