What a joke. ASIC of course wont find a thing to pin on anybody but rumours of serious rot under the surface have been on the wing for a while now.

I reckon Hochtief knew the score and it probably realized it would be a bloodbath when the retail end got the real story and as such it was facing a wipe out of it's investment so it went 'all in'. Be thankful it did, I guess.

Everyone will walk away scot free as usual.
