valeron, if you've invested in Notion, why not ask them the same questions? You would have thought that they should have done similar DD and more, before buying in at 0.5c.

As to pad 1 being stripped after a year, it's only operated sporadically since 2006 and was clearly stacked with slow leaching ore - if they haven't mined enough since then to have the material ready to stack, they may as well let it leach longer for a higher recovery.

Personally I think it is too low a grade ore to be profitable at the current price of silver. Neither Chow Fah or anyone else can do much about that.
