I agree not good for employees but a lot of them were on exorbitant wages and I guess this is also a risk with a mining service contractor, hence the higher wages to begin with.

For someone who had worked there for 10 years though and loses long service leave etc would hurt.

I just hope I live long enough to see how this legal action plays out... I am far from average death age but these things can take an eternity.
