The only thing I would point on your post I would argue is the mention of less competition.

My thoughts are that competition is actually there as exemplified by the number of online companies dealing in Asian car classifieds. I looked at from a different angle in that the Asian market competitiveness is currently more fragmented without a clear and dominant leader due to its relative infancy. The rates of smartphone penetration will sort that in due course and I guess this is where ICar Asia hopes to be, i.e. an early adopter and distributor of a platform that can shape the market its way.

Just my thoughts.
