IF APPROPRIATE A BANKABLE FEASABILITY WILL BE DONE IN 2014.
Now this is earlier than anticipated but i have been around a while and if appropriate sounds to me like they are waiting on a joint venture with someone or they may not need the money ,this could mean a full take-over or a joint deal this year,either way this is a steam train ready and waiting.
